Dreams - Dumfries

I was really pleased with the service I received on Saturday at Dreams. I was met by Craig and offered a coffee, which was really good. Craig was very experienced Sales person and put my mind at rest and trusting the person who helps you to spend a lot of money.

Craig provided us with all the help and information to make our choice and even helped us out by arranging for some of items to be delivered to us and some to our son in Glasgow. Great !

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Melissa had a really good grasp and understanding of the products she is selling without being pushy or trying too hard for a sale. She was friendly, nice humour and got to have an understanding of what we were looking for.

Approached as soon as we entered the store. The assistant was very helpful & knowledgeable. Very natural and chatty.

Fantastic customer service. Never experienced such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even offered a coffee lovely touch.
