Excellent helpful and friendly service with good range of mattresses to choose from and the sleep test bit was helpful too.

The Sales person (Robert) was very attentive, not pushy, showed alternatives and explained variations. Felt very comfortable with the process and was content that I was given good information and hverry happy with my purchase

The gentleman in the store ( Craig ) was so friendly very professional and very helpful. When I explained that the mattress that was good for me was not good for my wife so he took us and we went onto the machine to find out which was best for us, He then took us with the print out and let us try six different mattress's to find the best one to suit both of us. He took the time to explain all the detail's and we both found him to be so understanding and patient that it made it a joy to shop in your store. Craig is a major asset to your company and we will certainly go back to him for any future bedding that we need, I can't speak highly enough of him. All we can say is very well done Craig.
