Stewart was very good at explaining the safety guidelines and supplying ppe for us to try the beds out. He explained the colour coded system to firmness of the beds and helped us find what we were after. We were happy customers, would have loved the bed to arrive sooner, but realistically that was never going to happen. We have used dreams before for beds and will continue to use again.

Gavin had lots of knowledge when it came to mattresses - something that I had nothing of! This obviously made purchasing my new mattress considerably easier. When offering add-on's he wasn't pushy when I said that they weren't required and he took the time to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of the order.

He then asked my preference in money I could spend, and proceeded to show me ALL price ranges and mattresses to suit my match. I then had my own time limit to try the mattresses. I left feeling happy with my purchase and how I was treated. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive. He then explained about extended warranty and the 30 day promise, that if I found it didn’t suit, it would be picked up.
