The service and product knowledge from Russell was amazing. He has such a lovely sales manner and is not forceful or pushy and was very understanding of our demanding requirements and our grumpy 7 month old baby! We have been looking at Tempur mattresses for a few months and have visited a number of stores but have never gone through with the purchase as the sales assistant did not appear to have the product knowledge or were not able to answer our questions. Russell was able to answer all of our questions plus preempt what we wanted which was just fantastic and gave us the confidence to buy our mattress and bed. The safety processes in store were second to none and we felt completely safe and well looked after. We have never even stepped into a Dreams store before but we would definitely do so again and have already recommended Russell to a number of friends who are looking to buy a new bed. We are so excited to have our new lovely bed in our lovely new home when we move in.

A gentleman call Scott looked after us and was extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly so even though it was an extremely expensive purchase he put our mind at ease that it was good value for money.
