Customer service was excellent. Advisor quickly realised that my son was very shy so didn't push us and stepped away at the correct moments to allow him to test out the bed. We did not have to explain to the advisor about my son as he realised himself. THere was no rush to push the sale through it was more about making sure we felt comfortable

The sales person Russel Barrie was absolutely superb he was the main reason you got our business, I have been in sales management for 30years and Russell is a credit to you.

We needed a special type of bed and quickly as our current bed was causing my husband pain as he has a spine disease, Stuart made choosing an appropriate bed very easy with loads of advice ,kept us informed of all the options and made the whole process simple ,managed to get us a delivery that suited us . Quick and efficient friendly service.

The staff and store were friendly and welcoming. Having a knowledge of the beds and mattresses in their store/online. Your sales colleague was extremely helpful, carefully listening to my requirements and acting straight away with the correct knowledge and helping me to make the right decision. After the mattress was paid and receipt issued, they help me to load it on to my transport, before wishing me a safe journey and a comfy sleep.
