The service received in the Dundee store was excellent. The manager and assistant manager were incredibly helpful, listened to our requirements, helped us select the perfect bed for us. I would definitely go back.

great service from nick, understanding, gave us time, didn't push a sale. ppe worn by all staff, hand sanitiser used on hands as we went in, ppe used for beds and pillows, sanitised every bed after every customer lay on them, weren't bothered about us trying too many beds or too few, just gave us the beds to try after using sleep match which is a great idea over all very helpful, we even bought the bed when we maybe wouldn't have due to the service.

At first I was not satisfied as I was served by Tommy. While knowledgeable and professional, he looked at me like a customer and not a person. He showed me the most expensive mattresses and after my credit applications were rejected I was going to have to walk away, then I had to visit again with the relevant information and spoke to Scott. He understood my needs better and looked at me as someone who just wanted a good nights sleep and helped me achieve that. We looked at lower prices and he negotiated fairly and got to know me and what I was looking for in a mattress. He made me a repeat customer and won my business and recommendation. Thanks to him I didn’t have to consider elsewhere.
