A helpful and non pushy assistant wearing a mask called Stewart showed me examples of different mattresses which I could try using a paper towel to protect me and the next person to try the beds. He gave me a quote for what I wanted very quickly and I had a choice of delivery dates. I placed my order over the phone after thinking about the purchase. I would not have felt confident buying the product if I had not been able to try the mattress and I was very happy with the hygiene measures taken by the store for everyone's safety.
