Easy access to the store, sanitisers on entrance along with bottled water. Staff readily available, I knew what I was looking for and the sales person explained the differences then purchase taken forward .

Visited this store just to have a look at beds. However we met the lovely Sandie who was so professional and saw to our needs. We were quite fascinated by the technology and she talked us through it all. There was no pressure from her and made it an enjoyable experience to two senior citizens. My husband has had back surgery in the past so she made sure we were satisfied with our purchase over a delicious cup of Cappuccino.

On arrival salesman Gavin approached us explained thoroughly the COVID procedures which we were very pleased with and felt at ease. He then went through all relevant information about buying our mattress including our first experience on the Dreams sleep partner machine which helped us pick our mattress. He then took plenty time to show us all options regarding buying the mattress. He was also very pleasant and very helpful.
