The experience I had when at dreams was excellent. From the time I entered until I left was very satisfying. Plenty products to choose from and had excellent advice from start to finish. Very professional service and put me at ease.

Store assistant was very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail from start to finish. This in turn made the whole experience easy and put our minds at rest that we were not rushing into a decision. At no point did we feel that there was pressure for a sale. We honestly have never had such great service from any company we have dealt with in the past. We certainly will be recommend Dreams to everyone we know.

Sandie who helped us was completely impartial and did not try and push any particular product on to us. She assisted us with the sleep analysis mattress to help us choose the right one and then helped us locate them in the store. We wanted time to reflect on our choice and requested to return the next day to allow this. Sandie was completely supportive of this and did not try and push a sale on us too quickly
