Sandie who helped us was completely impartial and did not try and push any particular product on to us. She assisted us with the sleep analysis mattress to help us choose the right one and then helped us locate them in the store. We wanted time to reflect on our choice and requested to return the next day to allow this. Sandie was completely supportive of this and did not try and push a sale on us too quickly

As soon as I arrive i was welcomed and asked what I was looking for and I was happy with the test bed as it shows you what is best for you and then able to tryout different bed's that were best for me
