There was a good hygiene system in place. Gavin, the sales assistant was brilliant, very knowledgeable and did not pressurize us into a purchase even though we were buying that day. He was very helpful and professional.

All staff were very welcoming and friendly, not over pushy. Only went to have a look, but Tommy's knowledge and guidance persuaded us that the time was right to purchase a new bed.

Great doing online. Had to phone for a little problem but the chap named Scott was very polite and helpful. Great choices to choose from and also online advice on which mattress to choose. I am so looking forward to receiving my new adjustable bed. Thank you.
