Very friendly and helpful at all stages during our time in store, social distancing was very good and the hygiene standards were very good.

We had an idea of what we wanted from looking online but wanted to see the products. We were buying a sofa bed. The assistant, Stewart, was very helpful in explaining the product and answering our questions. He then left us in peace to talk and make our decision. We chose our sofa and he completed the purchase efficiently.
