We got what we wanted and were treated with care and respect. Social distancing was adhered to and our needs and health were paramount. Our assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.

The service was good and informative. We were shown a range of beds from which we were given plenty of time to choose from on our own no pressure. Staff were friendly and all safety precautions were in place.
