When I tried the online chat I found the lady quite rude and unhelpful. Which was disappointing as I had purchased a mattress from u in January and was so pleased wanted to order another one. The price had gone up considerably and just asked if anything could be done as I had seen it on another website cheaper. I was told point blank I could done as it was only sold by dreams and to prove it by sending a link which I did. I decided to call and the advisor was so friendly although he couldn’t do anything with the price I still made the purchase

Gavin, who assisted me, was very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about throughout my visit. He helped me without being pushy or making me feel bullied into buying something, or something I didnt want. I was walked through a variety of options after being shown what I needed, and he was more than happy for me to try things more than once. While making my purchase we had a great friendly chat, just continuing the already relaxed and happy atmosphere while I shopped.
