Gavin, who assisted me, was very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about throughout my visit. He helped me without being pushy or making me feel bullied into buying something, or something I didnt want. I was walked through a variety of options after being shown what I needed, and he was more than happy for me to try things more than once. While making my purchase we had a great friendly chat, just continuing the already relaxed and happy atmosphere while I shopped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained all the options to us clearly they also offered us a cup of coffee and we never felt pressurised into buying anything.
