Dreams - Dundee

Excellent salesmen. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially young Gavin who was our salesman. However his two colleagues were extremely helpful too. Nothing was too much bother. They even stayed open late or complete our order. At no time were pressurised into a sale or rushed to make a decision.

We visited Dreams in Dundee initially just looking for ideas for our bed and possibly bedroom furniture, we were approached by Gavin, but not straight away he gave us a bit of time and space to have a good look ourselves before offering any assistance to my wife and I asking what we had in mind and what our tastes were, he directed us to a bed based on what we indicated to him was our tastes, and gave us all the options available in this range and also the accessories and furniture to match we were so impressed with it and the service by him we decided to by the bed the mattress the futon and two bedside tables to match, afterwards he explained all the relevant care products offered and gave us the pros and cons of each product in which we decide to go for the care plan on the bed itself, now we let him know we couldn't take delivery straight away and again he went out his way to organise a later date for us and let us know if it needed to be changed we could contact him for assistance to rectify this, overall we were very impressed with Gavin as a whole in regards to his knowledge and mainly his not pushy attitude he is a very accomplished salesmen.
