Sandie was our assistant in the Dundee store, she explained the sleep master test and we found it really useful, she then showed how to match the perfect mattress but gave us time to do this on our own which was great. The price for the value of the product was also great.

it was a great experience. we went to buy a new bed and mattress for our toddler and the shop assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, there was no need to wait for ages as he was right on the case and assisted with the purchase. Highly satisfied. This is our 2nd trip to Dreams, the one before we bought a mattress for ourselves some years ago and it was a good experience as well. therefore we returned back and were happy again. We are going to return to buy some mattresses for our expedition truck as well. Good quality, good promotion on the bed frame plus mattress yesterday and a very happy overall experience. The only slight downfall, need to wait for 2 weeks for delivery, and wish it would have been sooner.

SANDIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WHEN I TOOK MY 84 YEAR OLD FATHER IN TO DREAMS TO PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR ADJUSTABLE BEDS. WE WERE NOT RUSHED SHE GAVE US PLENTY OF TIME FOR MY FATHER TO DECIDE WHICH ONE WAS BEST FOR HIM. WE LEFT THE SHOP FEELING VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE.
