We found the whole process easy and any info we needed we got and the staff were great we had our autistic son and they were fantastic with him

On walking into the shop we were greater friendly and was left to have a browse without getting hassled, eventually sales person Gavin approached us again to ask our needs and advised us to try the dream sleep match machine, once that was done he helped us find the right mattress and bed. He offered us a coffee and we sat down and went on with the final sale. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour and rapour with us.

I was not approached as soon as I walked in. I looked at the items and then caught the eye of an assistent who then came over. He was helpful and not pushy.
