Dreams - Dundee

I visited the store in Dundee on 2 occasions before purchasing 2 mattresses for my son and I. I was assisted by 2 members of staff - Tommy and Stuart - who were both incredibly helpful. They took the time to find out what we were looking for, and made suitable recommendations within my budget. There was no "hard sell" and their priority seemed to be ensuring we left with the right mattresses at an affordable price. It's the first time I've shopped in Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family.

Our salesman, Tommy in the Dundee store, was extremely pleasant & helpful. He let us try a few mattresses which were recommended & also pillows which suited us. Very pleased with our purchase & friendly manner from staff

The assistant Sandie, was highly knowledgeable, and was able to guide us throughout the whole process of our visit ,her suggestion of looking on line was fruitful as we did not see the exact bed we were looking for in store, thus we were able to select the exact bed on line, we were made at ease by Sandie and the whole process was a pleasant experience . I was served promptly and the sales person knew actually what I was wanting .. and after trying all the recommended mattresses I was satisfied the right one was picked and at a good price .. the delivery date was also perfect for my needs .. very easy and quick transaction.. that’s the second bed I have purchased and was very happy with it .. thank you

Scott who looked after us was very good and knowledgable. We were given plenty time to think over the options. I also felt Scott wasn't pushy in anyway which was the biggest reason in going ahead with the purchase.

Staff on hand when needed. Took time and a lot of effort to ensure we had all the correct information regarding a wide variety of products. Walked us through a step by step guide to the right mattress with no pressure or expectation. Built on our needs with regards to bed base and headboards with an honest opinion which was appreciated. The order confirmation and price discussion was open and honest with obvious attempts to meet our needs with regards to price, delivery, finance and disposal of old bed. We entered the shop looking for just a mattress and left with a bedroom set costing much more than we had planned to spend. That wouldn't have happened unless the service was good.
