Staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable on products and quickly directed us to what we were looking to buy, with ease

The sales rep Stewart was knowledgeable and not pushy. Unlike in other stores I’d been to (competitors) I didn’t feel harassed and he gave me time to look and come to a decision. He was very friendly.

Sandie greeted me on entering the store, and I said I was looking for pillows. She went through the the options and I chose the pillow I wanted then trying them on a mattress to be sure I had the right comfort. Whilst trying the pillows I was offered a coffee which led to a lovely chat during which I mentioned that my husband was working in Dubai and upon his return we would be looking to buy a new mattress. Sandie mentioned the sleepmatch machine and suggested I should give it a try. I am glad I did as it was a great experience and let me know the support I should be looking for in a new mattress. Sandie then explained that the next step would be to take the pillows I had chosen and try mattresses alongside them this was a great suggestion as when my husband comes back we know what mattress to look at. I found some I really liked but must wait until he comes home. We will be sure to return and ask for Sandie again

We found Scott, the assistant, highly knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He was very polite, friendly and helpful, and we did not feel pressured into buying, since we only went in to look at beds, but decided to go ahead with a purchase.
