I am completely happy with the service my husband and I received in store today. Sandie couldn't have been more helpful. She made sure she was absolutely sure what we needed and helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress.

We have always had excellent service from the team at Dreams Dundee ,in particular from Sandie who has sold us our last two beds and the two purchased today ,she asked what we required and found the pillows,we used at home ,which we'd previously bought at Dreams ,in order to try out the beds. She was very attentive and efficient and put us at ease throughout the purchase and her product knowledge was outstanding. We,will pass on the Dreams experience to family and friends.

Very quick and efficient service

Russell was extremely helpful in showing us Dreams' sleep match technology which we used to start looking at mattresses best suited to us. We were provided with pillows that were suited to us personally to help choose a mattress. Russell was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us to choose a mattress suited to us in a helpful way.

Very helpful staff, great knowledge of mattresses and types that would suit our needs. Would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to go go there if they were thinking of upgrading or renewing their beds or mattresses.

Stewart was extremely helpful from the second we stepped into the store and made the experience very smooth and stress-free

Stewart was very informative about the products and helped us choose the correct mattresses and pillows with us quickly and efficiently. He really knew how to relate to my teenage daughters and treated them as equal customers with their own opinions which made the whole process much easier. Many sales assistants we have experienced in other shops don’t have that skill.

When we arrived we were left to walk around the store to see what was we liked which was great then was approached by one of the sales staff Tommy who was great he offered us tea or coffee while we were making our mind up.We were in to buy 2 mattresses for our sons aged 17 and 18 they both used your bed technology to see what was the best mattress for them.Once the mattresses were selected and agreed to buy we also took the offer of free mattress covers when taking insurance cover,the payment procedure was nice and easy very satisfied.

Tommy in the dundee branch was excellent from the moment we met him to the completion of the purchase. His knowledge and efficiency was second to non and his customer care and service was superb.
