Dreams - Dundee

We were greeted warmly upon entering the store and then given time to wander about before being approached by Scott who was very knowledgeable about the products available. He went to great lengths to discover our needs and the then we ended 6buying the first mattress he recommended to us. All in all a very nice shopping experience (the latte's helped as well).

Great service and product knowledge

The member of staff spent a lot of time with explaining the correct bed for us , and she was very informed regarding our needs regarding beds.

VERY FRIENDLY ASSISTANT (Tommy),KNEW THE PRODUCTS AND WHILE ATTENTIVE WAS NOT PUSHY-GAVE US TIME TO CHAT OURSELVES WHEN NEEDED.

Tommy our salesman was very friendly and knowledge was fantastic he didnt rush us and helped with our questions

Russell helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our needs and was very helpful in processing our order.

Our sales assistant, Sandie, was very helpful and friendly. She listened to our initial request and talked us through the process of the Sleepmaster and choosing our mattress type afterwards. She also showed us a divan model of which we were not aware and ended up buying.She was patient and a pleasure to chat to.

We were offered tea/coffee. When asked what we were looking for the salesman took us over to the beds.
