Dreams - Dundee

Scott (in the Dundee branch) was very patient with us as we made our selections. He showed a high level of knowledge about all of the products available and was able to relate to us regarding some allergies that we suffer from. His help on this was fantastic! He was able to narrow down a recommendation very quickly. We left the shop to discuss our options and on return to finally place our order, he made himself available for us again. The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly without being overwhelming or overpowering. I would highly recommend to a friend.

We received excellent service from the staff in store. The salesman was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The offer we chose was a flash sale on just the type of product we were looking were so the price was great. We shopped around at other store in the same retail park but the combination of good products and service meant that Dreams was by far the best option.

Was busy when I went in they offered me tea or coffee and soon as someone was available they got right to it and got me the mattress of my needs

Great care and attention given to us by Stewart without undue pressure

The salesman was not pushy. He took time to understand our needs. He did the mattress suitability test with us. He left us to make the decision and did not hoover. We entered the shop at 6.30pm and even when the salesman’s home time came, he didn’t rush us or show signs of wanting to get home. It took us an hour after his finishing time to decide and he was patient with us. He knew his product in depth and could empathise with my husbands health difficulties. I can honestly say we have not had such I pressured and professional service in such a very long time. Hence why we are highly satisfied.

Since moving to Dundee area in March 2018 we have been going to Dreams in Dundee for all our bedding, mattresses and bedroom furniture. This is the second big purchase we have made and the service from Stewart and Nick (the store manager) was outstanding as normal. The whole team are excellent, but Nick always goes above and beyond to meet our needs on both products and pricing, as he appreciates that we are valued customers. We have looked around at other local stores for comparisons, but we find the quality, availability and choice of products at Dreams is the best, and the team in Dundee are just the icing on the cake that make every purchase enjoyable.
