The salesman greeted me with a smile and a cheerful attitude, he made me a coffee and asked what I was looking for. He then showed me all the options available to fulfill my needs.

The efficiency and professionalism of staff member Tommy. Made me feel comfortable and he didn’t rush me in to a decision. He took time to understand my needs and was very respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the product and he was very pleasant to deal with.

I came here on recommendation of a friend, so already I was coming in confidence. Absolutely loved the technological device that worked out which mattresses are best for me - this instils more confidence. Stewart approached me without pressure and asked me if I needed any assistance. He let the machine work it's magic and get my results without standing over me, which meant I felt comfortable, and came back over afterwards to explain them and guide me to the next steps, otherwise I would've had no clue. He was friendly, smiley, and up for a laugh, laughed at my jokes (which I appreciated ha ha) and offered my friend and I a beverage. Absolute bonus by the way (where else offers hot chocolate!?).

Scott in the Dundee branch remembered us from the last time we bought an item. It made us feel valued knowing he remembered. We had already built up a rapor with him so trusted him with the information he told us.

Scott who helped us was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The Sleep match was great and helped us find the mattress we needed. Scott also recommended new pillows that have been amazing. Looking forward to getting our new mattress. Great experience allround special shout out again to Scott

We were highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams store, as we went to the store, not entirely sure of what we wanted. We spoke to the very knowledgable member of staff, who measured my wife and I on the ‘Sleepmatch’ machine which determines the type of mattress required. We were directed to several mattresses to test, and also given pillows to sample. After much deliberation and questions expertly answered by the staff we made our purchase.
