Stewart was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

I had an idea which bed I wanted to buy .An assistant named Thomas came to our aid to help us decide if in fact our choice was the right one for us. He suggested we lie onto top of a specialised computerised bed which helps determine after a couple of minutes which bed is best suited to our own needs.Great idea! It takes a copy of your weight and shape of your body then lets you know which mattress is best suited for ones needs. We were offered a cup of coffee while the paper work was being finalised.All in all, a very satisfied visit and a happy satisfied customer1 Thank you.

Gavin who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy but allowed us time to look at the various products, keeping his eye on us so he was available to assist when required, and did so very effectively and in a very pleasant manner. All in all we cannot praise him or the store too highly. A very good experience.

Service was great and staff attended to refreshment needs in supplying hot drinks. The staff were also very knowledgeable regarding products and were able to match them to the needs of the purchaser.

We went into dreams looking for a bed for our daughter. We were unsure of size but were told of a small double which was perfect for us. We returned the next day with our daughter and the sales assistant Gavin remembered us and spoke not only to us but our daughter too which was very nice. She took the mattress test which really helped. We decided to also choose a new mattress for ourselves after seeing the quality of the products and the time and care that went into choosing the right one. Gavin listened to all our needs and answered all the questions we had and often went into great detail to explain a product when we looked a little blank. We never felt rushed and were often asked if we would like tea/coffee which was a nice touch.

Everything from time I spoke to Scott in sales on the phone. Did everything to make me feel secure and satisfied with purchase. The email or text I got from beginning to end then Dans help and care in taking old bed n assemble new one. I'm quite disabled so made my new bed experience very worthwhile. Thankyou Dreams xx

It makes such a difference to receive good customer care! On my visit to Dreams at Kingsway West Dundee the sales assistant called Russell was extremely helpful and welcoming and gave me lots of information relating to the product I was interested in buying. I was given the opportunity to try the Tempur machine to make sure I was buying the correct mattress which makes such a difference. It was refreshing to receive such good customer care with a smile....I had to pinch myself to make sure I was not dreaming!! Keep up the good work! Very satisfied customer. 😊

The young man, Gavin, who assisted us was very friendly and attentive, he was very knowledgeable about his products and helped us find the perfect mattress for us . He was patient and attentive but never pushy and gave us time and space to make up our minds he also informed us of the importance of a good quality pillow and he knew his stuff because the pillows we bought are most excellent and as a result i no longer have a stiff and sore neck and shoulders! He offered us hot drinks throughout our visit ( we were there a wee while making up our minds!) Overall my husband and I were very satisfied with our visit and purchases at the Dundee store and will in the future return there for our next bed as the selection of products available were varied and gave us plenty of choices
