The process was smooth and I felt we were given our own choice of which mattress we peferred

Gavin was so welcoming both times we came into the store said hi straight away and introduced himself. He even offered us a drink and gave us lots of options (hot chocolate,etc). On our first visit he spent a lot of time with us looking at the TV beds then when we decided on a frame we went onto mattresses and gavin encouraged us to use the sleep match machine again whilst talking us through every step (not to mention having a lot of banter with us too which makes all the difference). We managed to get all of our choices and gavin took us around to see them and even let us chose a pillow to take around with us. Told us to take off our coats etc too so that we really got comfy. Today when we returned same services offered which he didnt need to do considering he spent so much time with us the last time. Finally managed to make the decision today and we are so happy with our purchase. Roll on delivery day! Gavin is an asset to your team.

Stewart, was the fella who let me know about the sleep aid bed that’s what I called it lol so we did that and he pointed me to the mattress that was the outcome for me, he was friendly had me smiling from the minute I was in until I left very friendly even offered a drink, he defo deserves top marks and my mattress is so comfy best sleep in ages

I was greeted soon after entering the store and asked the staff member (Gavin) for the product I wanted (I'd already chosen from looking at the website). He showed me it and when I said I'd like one he offered me the products which I'd get half price, both of which I opted to go for, along with the guarantee. Gavin helped me out to the car with my purchases which was great. He was really friendly we had a good laugh with him. He was knowledgeable and gave great customer service as he talked about both the positives and negatives of products so we were able to make the right decision for us.

The helpfulness of the meet and greet person was very good and then the salesman who then dealt with me was excellent.

Went in for a look, came out with a bed, mattress and a tv.

The member of staff Scott was very friendly, he set us up on the mattress finder and then showed us through our best options. He also explained all the differences between the mattress/pillows that dreams offered. Scott sorted us out with new mattress protector and sheets. And set us up with the insurance for the frame and mattress all on 0% finance.

We were warmly welcomed by Russell Barrie and offered a cup of tea/coffee. We were then given some time on the sleep match machine which greatly narrowed down our search for a suitable mattress. Being given an appropriate pillow to test the mattresses was also a big help. Russell was very knowledgeable and helped speed up our choice of a comfortable mattress. We were also very impressed with the delivery times. We did not expect to get the mattress in the first week of January.
