Tommy our helper was very friendly and helpful

We went in to the store on Sunday 29th as the sale was starting. The store in Dundee was having some technical issues with their systems but we were met by Nick after we had been looking at the frame we were after, he was very helpful. We were added to the list to use the sleep match system to find the right mattress for us. He explained everything very well and walked us round the store while serving other customers too. Upon completion of the mattress selection and frame, the process for completing the sale and sorting a delivery date was very quick and hassle free. The whole experience was very enjoyable and smooth considering the store was very busy.

The first member of staff I dealt with was very helpful who then passed me on to a salesman who was extremely helpful

The woman who helped us and showed us which mattresses to look at was very nice and understanding. She was great with out daughter and made shopping a lovely experience.

Sandie was very knowledgeable about all the products available to us. She was extremely friendly and did not feel under any pressure to purchase until ready.

Sandie was thereto helps as soon as we walked in the store. Her knowledge of the products is excellent. As Store was very busy at our time of visit, our processing of purchase was passed on to Nick (store manager) and we found him to also be very customer focused. We were offered tea or coffee even before we had decided to actually make a purchase. Would defiantly use again and recommend to others. Sandie told us about the blue badge scheme so at the next Scottish War Blind meeting I will be letting all members know about the outstanding service available at Dreams.

The sales lady Sandie was first class. Her customer orientated attitude coupled with her product knowledge made the experience a pleasure. Also impressive was the lack of pressure to buy and the assistants attention that we understood what the product was offering. There were no negative comments about the completion.
