The person who served us read us completely right he was on our wave length answer all our questions and couldn't have been more helpful to our needs

Went in not expecting to buy a bed as have had issues with other companies just looking to sell the most expensive bed and not looking at my needs. When we went in Russell who helped us left us to it and helped us with a mattress and didn’t try to get us to buy the most expensive bed. Russell was very matter of fact why we have sore backs and what we will need. I was really really impressed with Russell how knowledgeable and not pushy. I would highly recommend dreams and Russell and will be back again. :)

Very friendly staff make you feel at ease not over powering or following you around good knowledge.

Very easy purchase from store. Process involved using the sleep match software. Identified a firm/very firm mattress match. Had the option of a few different mattresses and tried each one. Offered a cup of tea whilst selecting Bed etc. Dreams store was in Dundee and Assistant was Russell
