Gavin was very friendly and knew about the products and explained about the machine to check which mattress was best

This is my 3rd bed I have purchased out of dreams. Can’t fault the service or the quality of the products. Always friendly

We were allowed to enter the store without being jumped on immediately. Sandie then came over and introduced herself in a friendly and sincere manner. She was helpful and took us through the process whilst maintaining a pleasant and non pushy manner. Never felt under pressure which is important to us as customers. Her knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for was excellent. She spend time with us and made the whole experience rather pleasant and fun.

we were met by a very friendly member of staff called Gavin, he helped my young son on to the sleepmatch machine and then to choose a bed that would suit him as he grows. He ordered the bed, arranged delivery and explained all of the information very efficiently.

Staff took time to explain everything to us and let us try the beds, but also allowed us time to discuss it and make our decision. All information on delivery etc was very clear. We needed a non standard mattress size, but the waiting time for this was very reasonable

All staff made my whole family feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My eldest found her bed, whilst she was looking i noticed all other staff that were not serving were making my youngest feel welcome they gave her a drink, cookie, colouring and were taking time to chat and even played games with her.They helped my youngest find her bed, were very patient with her. Lastly it was my turn. Again they were so patient, we were not rushed or made too feel the kids were in the way, there was no pressure to buy.They were fab making sure my little one was safe and happy. Everytime i looked up all the staff were so friendly.My youngest said it was a brilliant day out. We will definitely be back Nick knows his knowledge very well and was supurb. Again he never rushed us Thank you very much Nick you are a credit to the store and so are all your friendly staff.I honestly say it was the best experience we have ever had whilst shopping for any future and you are all a credit to the company.Icannot praise these men and women enough. Thank you Nicky a huge thank you. What a patient, kind,friendly genuinely lovely guy.Very happy customer's all of us left with big smiles

The staff at this store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were assisted by Nick to use the Sleepmatch machine and offered a tea or coffee. Gavin then showed us the recommended mattresses and let us try them out. My husband even loved the recommended pillow. Gavin gave us adequte time to think about which one we like best. He also assisted us in choosing an ottoman bed frame and test out opening and closing them. A great overall experience and the staff in the Dundee store are a credit to your company.

The in store customer service level was very high. The sales assistant was friendly and helpful. She also had excellent product knowledge and was able to advise us. We placed our order quickly and delivery availability was excellent.

We love the way the staff give all the help and advice we need but leave you alone without hounding you then step in again to help with the actual purchase Sandra was great with us.
