I went in to the shop not feeling confident that I would find the right mattress and I can out of the dreams store excited for my new mattress that I had ordered at dreams the experience was so relaxed calm no stress I felt the help in store was excellent and I was not made to feel rushed or pushed in to anything an all round 10 out of 10 experience and I would definitely recommend dreams to everyone

Nick was very welcoming and was straight away asking us questions of what we were looking for. He set us up on the mattress finder to find the best suited mattress for me and my partner. Once we found what we were looking for, order and payment was quick and simple and we were able to arrange delivery that suited our working shifts.

the assistant was a very pleasant young man who showed us how to use the bed selector and offered us tea or coffee. He explained everything, and then took us to the recommended mattresses . As my partner tried each mattress the assistant left us to talk things over. I really liked how he gave us our space and didn't hover over us all the time. We appreciated this. .

The sales person Gavin was very good, patient and very knowledgeable. He spent lots of time with us, discussing my back problems but also had a good balance of leaving us to make up our own mind. I never felt pressured in any way to buy but am sure I’ve made the write choice.

I walked into the store in the morning and met one of your colleagues called Tommy, I was on the lookout for a good bed. I told Tommy that the “boss” was in church and she would be in to have a look at the beds later. Tommy allowed me time to go around and look at certain beds. Wife and I came back later and we tried the machine that maps your sleeping position and the first one on the list was the bed I had looked at in the morning, despite the price we loved the bed and ended up with a new divan, mattress, and pillows. Excellent service, can’t say excellent bed yet because we don’t have it delivered yet (they have to make it for us). But so far HIGHLY SATISFIED.

Gavin was extremely helpful form the moment we entered the store. I was very unsure of what I was looking for and he explained everything to me, in detail and with great patience. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience hence why I made the purchase. I had not intended to purchase on the day and was only looking for information however I was so confident in Gavins professional knowledge I decided to buy with him

Found Tommy very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy and listened to what we were looking for.

Stewart answered all our questions and tailored his recommendations to suit our needs. He gave us plenty of time to try out the beds for ourselves and have a look around the showroom.
