I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams for a variety of reasons - Attentive service from employee (Gavin) without being pushy. He advised me of all my options while leaving me enough time to think things over for myself. His knowledge of the products were top notch

Really friendly and helpful member of staff. Explained all we needed and helped find the right product- understood our needs and made us feel well attended to. Slight delay putting the order through as one of the computers wasn’t working but he kept us entertained while we waited.

Thomas was knowledgable and took time to get to know me and what my needs were. He also used the new sleep machine to determine what type of mattress would suit me best.

We were made very welcome by Scott who then explained the benefits of using the Sleepmatch, which was most impressive. This quickly reduced the best options for our individual needs to five mattresses, which greatly simplified the whole process. We were impressed by the fact that the mattress we chose was the first recommended mattress. We were also offered tea or coffee and given further information about the pillows, which we found most helpful. It would be impossible to improve on the standard of service provided by Scott, and we felt that he is certainly an asset to your Company.
