Stewart was very helpful in making sure that I knew all the choices available to me for my needs, gave me the chance to browse & try out the beds at my leisure, offered me refreshments & generally made me feel comfortable & welcome.

Our entire experience was fantastic. Scott in particular gave us a fantastic service and was extremely knowledgable and listened to everything we said. He gave us some great advice and recommended Tempur pillows to us, which we would never have considered before. We were so impressed we bought 2!! He really gave us over and above in service and we Left feeling like we got excellent value for money and that our needs were more than met.

Russell was very helpful and patient with us. His knowledge was excellent and never felt under too much pressure which is very important to me.

I received fantastic service from Stewart who was friendly and welcoming upon arrival, I already had in mind what I wanted to buy bed wise but was taken through the process of using the sleepmatch system in store which I was quite impressed with and reinforced my choice of mattress. Offered tea or coffee and given a lot of information and helpful advice when placing the order. Very happy with the service indeed!

Sales person was very knowledgeable and allowed time for us to try different mattresses following use of the in-store sleep match machine.

Stewart was very welcoming when we entered the store. He asked for our requirements and as an aid to find the correct mattress invited us to use the assessment bed. As my wife suffers from labyrinthitis he sourced a pillow for her. After the assessment he showed us the recommendations and explained their construction. After checking some different types we decided on the Silentnight Osterley.
