Felt totally at ease. Dreams colleague explained the type of matress that suited both myself and partners need and we didnt feel presurised into buying something we didnt want.

Excellent advice on products and demonstration of quality of items required. Good friendly service and time spent explaining different types of products. Offer of coffee whilst surveying products, and overall attention and knowledge of items required. Very pleased with overall service.

Fantastic service by Gavin, nothing was too much trouble for him and took time to explain the differences between various mattresses.

The staff memeber, Tommy, welcomed me within the store during a brief moment he was doing something for other customers within the store and I could he how helpful he was with them. As I was browsing some items he approched in a friendly manner, asking if I needed help and proceded to act within some specifications I have given. Although the goal of finding bed slats were on my list, he did explain why they wern't sold in store but that didn't detract me from shopping there as I only asked just incase. After the weird experience with the bed scanner to see what would suit me, I was given a few choices and a few methods of paying, but I had to be strict with my budget and was shown something that both suited comfort and budget. Again I was offered other products such as pillows and bed protective covers, I had to stick to a certain budget but was impressed by the quality I will shop for a new pillow soon. Another staff memeber even joined in a bit of banter while the payment process was going through which was enjoyable to joke around.

Russell was amazing ! He helped me through the purchasing journey as I struggle with English a little bit. He was understanding and made sure I understand everything before proceeding with order.

Very professional service

Customer service was above excellent when we arrived, to signing on the dotted line for our new bed. Sandie was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a lovely, friendly personality that made our visit to Dreams all the more enjoyable. Love the idea of using the bed machine to give you an idea of which mattress suited your lying position for comfort. Great idea. All in all cannot fault our time in the store and we are very much looking forward to the delivery of our bed.
