Our assistant Gavin was very welcoming, he had great product knowledge and spent his time explaining everything well to us. We had our son with us who is 3 and Gavin took him off to get colouring in stuff whilst we tried out the mattress machine. Great service.

The store colleague Russell was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant & polite and not overbearingly and blatantly sales focused. Russell allowed my partner and I the time and space required to make a decision which was why after visiting 7 stores at Kingsway Retail Centre, we eventually came back to Dreams to make an informed purchase. Russell’s sales style really worked for us.
