They look after us very well, I been serve on time, good advice, testing which mattress it's good for us as every one have different needs. I can't complain about that at all.

Happy with the service from start to finish ,Tommy was very helpful ,polite and managed to get me everything I asked for .would highly recommend Tommy .excellent work a credit to his trade.

Staff were very friendly, Tommy helped with every question we had and made it a very pleasant visit.

The assistant Tommy was extremely helpful. After we failed a credit check on first attempt he was really understanding and when we returned with the cash he remembered us completely and even threw in a freebie. Credit to the store.

Salesmen very friendly one of the first things he did was to offer me a cup of coffee or tea. Wasn't pushy told me to take my time to look around after me saying what I was looking for explaining about different products Was very satisfied with the service.

Had no problems at all and staff were very nice.

Very friendly workers good and fast service

We had ordered a mattress from another retailer, with a lead time of 10 days. Delivery had been booked and then delayed by the supplier on the evening of, having sat in all day. A month later, still no delivery, so the order was cancelled - which is when we went to Dreams. The staff made us feel important and we were both very happy with the customer service provided. HUGE improvement on the service of the previous company.

Scott in Dreams Dundee was very welcoming and assisted us throughout our visit. He was very professional and friendly! He has lots of knowledge and helped us pick the best bed for us

We visited the Dundee store at Kingsway West Retail Park to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by Scott who very friendly and offered to assist us with our search. This was much appreciated as we had never bought a mattress before so didn’t really know how to choose the right one. Scott let us try out a machine which helped to determine what the best mattress for us would be. He then showed us a variety of different types of mattress and let us try them out with a choice of different pillows. He also listened to our budget and showed us ones we could afford, instead of wasting time looking at stuff out with our budget - it showed he wanted to make sure we found a product we were happy with both comfort wise and price wise. The whole process from walking into the store to purchasing the items we required was made very easy by Scott and we were very happy with the service he provided.
