Dreams - Dundee

Scott who served us could not have been more helpful , he actively listened to my medical issues and guided us towards the most suitable products then took time to encourage us to try a few different options before making our final selection ! He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and took his time to ensure what we bought most suited our needs . Although we ended up spending a lot we felt this purchase would really make improvements to our pain levels and ability to sleep.

Excellent service from Dreams Dundee, no pressure, everything explained very well. I was recommended by a friend to come to this store because of the help & guidance she had received on her visit last year from the sales part to delivery of goods. No hidden costs all above board. Sandie our sales advisor was warm and welcoming, we had an idea of what we were looking for before we arrived,but on further questioning realised there was far more to just, size, price and comfort to a mattress. Sandie had great knowledge,patience and made out visit a dream, easy and left feeling very confident we had made the right purchase.

We were looking for a bed but only window shopping at the time.We had bought previously at this same store and were very happy with goods.Mr.Scott who came to our assistance explained everything in detail and this helped us make up our mind as there was a sale on at the time.Happy with the goods and price,YES.

As I and my mum stepped into the store (Dundee) the first approach from one of the staff, Tommy, was very warm welcoming. He offered us teas and coffees. The store was nice and clean and the set up of the store is very appealing. Tommy assists us with what we'll looking for. He explains the products clearly and walk us through the process of choosing the right mattress for us both. We get to try out the mattresses with a nice pillow that we ended up getting it for us both. It turns out to be way over my budget but for the quality, it's worth going for it. The best part I found out was that at Dreams, they allow us to pay monthly instead of paying all £3100 at one goal. Which is amazing! Overall experience was incredible, the journey was fun and exciting, getting to choose the most suitable bed for myself and my mum. All of the staff were very friendly, funny and professional. We definitely recommend our friends and family about Dreams and we will visit there again for top quality beddings. We cannot wait for our bed to be delivered within 5 weeks. Super excited! Nicky was extremely knowledgeable about the product, was very considerate as I am waiting for a hip replacement, so he spent time making sure we were not rushed, considered everything and we're happy with our purchase

Tommy was very attentive throughout our visit from welcoming us upon entering the store, learning all our requirements, picking out some great products and helping us with ensuring we got the product we needed. Tommy was always very considerate and giving us the time we needed to discuss everything before making a final decision, never once did he make us feel pressured into buying anything we didn't need or couldn't afford. We were very happy with our visit and will return again in the future and cannot wait to receive our new products.
