Me my partner and our 5year old son went in with an idea of what we wanted. The team in dundee didnt come rushing over to pressure us they gave us time to look at what we were wanting that i thought was great. As we went on to finding out what mattress and pillows were right for us after choosing our bed frame the team made sure our son was fine giving him pictures to colour in to pass the time away for him and he was great and happy to spend the time in the shop. Our overall visit from welcome to purchase to keeping our 5year old occupied very well done. Thanks again Nick (store manager) Happy customers here. 5*

When we arrived the staff were welcoming without being pushy. When we decided we needed information your colleague, called Scott, was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was able to explain all the differences in firmness and quality and was very patient with us as we seemed to try everything in store. The range on offer was amazing and Scott was able to steer us in the direction we needed to go and enabled us to make the purchase. We never felt rushed or pressured , he never lost interest in us and we are very pleased with our purchase and can not wait for it to arrive. I can not recommend Scott or your store highly enough.
