We were seen immediately we entered the store. All the colleagues were friendly and chatty. Our salesperson was knowledgeable about products, and although he made us aware of any special offers he was not pushy.

We were given time to browse through store. Kieran approached and asked if we needed assistance, which we did. He spent time and provided us with genuine advice. Thus enabled my mother in law to purchase a bed most suited to het needs.
