Dreams - Dundee

I was really impressed by the service, right from entering the store. I felt overwhelmed at first because of the range of beds available, and I wasn't sure where to start! I came in to buy a new double mattress. I was really interested in the special bed machine that scans your body and makes recommendations. I had previously bought a firm mattress, believing it was somehow "better" for me, but being able to try the different beds and pillows in store helped me to find the right mattress to meet my needs (£349). I was able to order and pay for this item in a very easy and efficient way, and I spent another £40 on pillows. All of the options were made clear to me and allowed me to make choices without feeling under any pressure or stress. I am moving house, so I really appreciated how easy the process of buying this mattress was and arranging delivery on a day that suits me. I can't wait to sleep on it now! Thankyou. I have never shopped at Dreams before, but I have been telling friends and colleagues about my experience and the special bed scanning machine too!

Very good first impressions as greeted with welcome to Dreams. Care and attention to find the right bed and mattress and pillows.

From first entering the shop we were welcomed and when I asked for assistance in choosing a bed Nick was extreemly helpful. He explained in detail how the machine that helps you choose your matress worked and then advised on various matresses that would suit us, we were never placed under any pressure to buy and in fact he said to feel free to look for a frame elsewhere when I was indecisive about what I wanted, we did go away to another shop but came back the next day and found Nick again in store to review what was avaiable, he put off a lot of time with us explaining the options in frame and colour, we eventually settled on our selection and Nick got everything ordered and sorted the delivery for when suited us as we needed a few weeks to allow for decoration of the room for the new bed coming. In all it was a very stress free time and the staff in the branch were very friendly not just Nick, so looking forward to my new dream bed arriving.

Sandie helped us get what we needed, especially as we really had no idea what that was! The bed the measured our sleeping positions was great and really did lead is to the best mattress.

The assistant who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. He couldnt have done more to get me what I was looking for. His name was Scott.

Tommy was very helpful. He made it easy and fast.

I rated this as Highly Satisfied because the person who was taking us around for a tour through the items. Understood my needs as an expecting mother. I was so eager to get that perfect bed to cater for sleepless nights, and lower back pains, he talked us through and gave us space to discuss with my husband what we needed. He was not pushing or trying to sell items as most customer service people do.He allowed us to see through the wide range of items and beddings and which ones I preferred, trying them out as well. And we were able to make the right choices with our purchase. Walking out from Dreams shop that day. Ive never felt highly satisfied ever up until this day. Thank you so much looking forward to seen our new bed.
