Stuart from the Dundee store provided fantastic customer service. Walked us through many different options, took his time understanding our requirements and showed us relevant products. Very pleased with his service.

The salesman, Kieran, was fantastic. He was very friendly, cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. We only went in to look but came out having purchased a mattress.

We only entered the store with the idea of buying and weren’t really expecting to purchase, however the range of stock and the friendliness and eagerness of the staff to make sure we got what we wanted left us with no option but to buy. Very happy.

I placed my order on the phone with Stewart and I found him very knowledgeable about every item I selected and very professional never being a pushy salesman during the entire process and what I found amazing is that he knew exactly what this customer was thinking and looking for after I explained to him my budget etc. Because I ordered my items to be delivered to my new address in five weeks time it meant I had to do a bank transfer to Dreams and not a card transaction over the phone. When I called back Stewart two days later to let him know the transfer was done he immediately remembered me by name and within thirty minutes after checking with his team to ensure the funds were in Stewart sent me a complete invoice with payment and delivery date confirmation etc and with a follow up call. I call this extremely BRILLIANT service. I hope the delivery team will be just as good.
