Stewart was welcoming and makes a gid cup of tea!

I think the customer assistants name was Stuart. He and his colleagues were very accommodating which relieved me and my partner from the stress of shipping for a new bed and mattress. On a hot and busy Friday we were offered refreshments and did not feel pushed in to making any decisions (this is something I particularly dislike when working with sales workers).

Very helpful person on the phone. Where items were out if stock suggested good alternatives.

Stewart was the perfect salesman ..knowlegable very nice and gave us time to decide

The sakes nan was excellent and friendly with his approach and did not fell under pressure,

Lovely staff so friendly. Not in anyway pushy just there to help making my choice easier and a lovely cup of hot chocolate to drink when trying to decide.

Scott the man who dealt with me was very nice!! Friendly! Helpful! Made me a cup of tea! Asked about health probs! So he could meet my needs! An I lay on a bed that told me positions t use! So they would no what bed would suit me! Good all round experience! Certainly go back if I need a bed for my other bedroom! An ask for scott!! Thanks!!

Nicky in the dreams Dundee store was extremely helpful from in both our visits to the store. He helped us find a mattress that suited our needs and talked us through everything we needed to know to make a decision on our matress. We were unsure on what matress we were looking for but with the help of Nicky it was made very easy
