Sales assistant friendly and helpful. We were left to try the beds out in private and the salesman returned when we needed him. It didn’t take as long to find a mattress as I thought it would.

We knew what we were looking for, but staff very helpful.

Our experience of buying a bed at this store was easy and straight forward. It was made easier by having a helpful staff member to guide us through the process.

Dreams was the first store we visited in our search for new mattress. In the past it has taken us quite a few store visits before we finally find a mattress we like, but due to the helpfulness and knowledge of the Dreams staff, we were able find and purchase our ideal mattress on our first visit and from your store. Stewart was there to assist us the minute we walked in the door and help us decide the right bed and mattress to suit our needs. He also supplied drinks which was a great touch.

I wasn't expecting to find something right away as it was the first store we'd visited, but Dean made it so easy that we bought it then and there.
