Sales’s man helped us identify most suitable choices very well and was very patient and helpful during the whole process

Kieran our customer adviser was very attentive without being too pushy, friendly and very knowledgable about the products. He gave us plenty time to decide on which product we finally settled upon. He also explained about the warranty on the products and if we would like to purchase associated items. All in all I would rate this customer advisor excellent and made our experience memorable.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful and advised on the product without applying any pressure to buy. Once my immediate questions were answered I was given time to try out different mattresses on my own without extraneous attention. I was also advertised the mattress protector and my question as to the periods-proof quality of this protector was met without so much as a raised brow or a missed beat. Order placing went quick and easy without an issue. I am grateful for the service and will definitely recommend the store and Dreams to fiends and colleagues.

The young lad Kieran was very poliete friendly and not pushy at all which I like.He spent alot of time with us and offered us coffee/tea etc He got us to to do the lying on the bed that gives you the rating on the type of bed you should have. Didnt try to sell us the most expensive bed which some places do.
