Dreams - Dundee

On entering the store there were enough staff available. I browsed the beds as I had a fair idea of which type of bed and divan I wanted to purchase. It was the right time for Kieran the sales person to approach and take me through the process of finding the right bed. I never felt rushed or pressured Kieran new his products and gave full answes to my questions, there were many. Nothing was too much bother even when I asked for 4 beds to be priced. Cheerful professional and appropriate a credit to your compmny and staff training programme.

Kieran made us feel at ease and gave us all the information we needed to make an informative decision. All other staff around about seemed very friendly. We came in with the intention of just finding out prices, but were so happy with the customer service and the bed and mattress that was recommended to us that we were then happy to make the purchase.

I have been a customer with dreams for many years , each time I come back to the store due to the staff and their manners/behaviour , by all with the sales person whom I deal with every time I come to the store

When we entered the store we were approached by a well presented young man who asked if we need help or just looking. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately took us around the various options available to us for the product we required. As he explained each item it helped us narrow our choices and very soon we had decided on what we wanted to buy. The payment process was quick and simple and he showed us on the screen the breakdown. We were also offered a coffee while we were there, my husband took one and said it was very tasty. All in all a very pleasurable and easy process, I have seldom spent £400 so quickly and without any anguish. Kieran was polite knowledgeable and very engaging, a credit to your store.

Your staff member Russell at your Dundee store was very helpful he understood exactly which item i wanted did not try to get to buy anything outwith my budget and placed my order with ease and was very friendly a credit to your company

Friendly assistant who tailored our needs by using the dream mattress assistant. He took his time and allowed us breathing space but was always nearby to answer questions. The price was satisfactory and delivery date offered within the week is excellent. Great service from start to end x

Knowledgeable sales person( Russell the manager).Made to feel important. At the end it was very easy to buy. Having been in sales as senior management I would have had no hesitation in offering him a sales position in companies I worked for.
