Dreams - Dundee

We have shopped at Dreams for several items: Tempur Mattresses, Storage Bed Base, Tempur Pillows etc and have always been well looked after by the staff & Manager within the Dundee Store. They do their best to make sure you get the proper product you require. They are also very good at networking & chatting with you.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales people with a no pressure approach

We were greeted on entrance into the store by friendly assistant. We were given time to wander around. Offered assistance without pressure as well as being offered tea or coffee. Very nice!

My husband had been in the showroom initially and was given all the info on the divan in question. We found out our son was having to move in with us, as he was in the process of selling his house, so we found ourselves in the situation of having to get a bed by 26th April, sooner than we had anticipated. We visited Archers, Bensons and went online, but the free delivery and the fact the bed could be delivered on the 23rd made us decide on the Dreams bed. The salesman, I think his name was Stuart, was very friendly and knowledgeable and we decided to go ahead with the purchase as we were running out of time and doubted we would get a better quality deal elsewhere. Whilst we were in store, the other members of staff chatted away to us and made for a pleasant shopping experience.

My partner and myself were assisted by Sandie who explained clearly which products were available and what would benefit us based on our specific needs. We spent a long time in the store but were helped along the way to pick the perfect products. We are very happy with the service we got and have already recommended the store.

We felt welcomed as soon as we came in the store and were given all the time we needed to decide what was right for us.
