Dreams - Dundee

We were attended to by Tommy in the Dreams store in Dundee today. He was very pleasant, helpful and interested in ensuring that we found the mattress most suited to our needs, without being at all "pushy". He asked us to lie on the Sleepmatch bed and we found that interesting. Tommy told us which mattresses were best suited to our needs, gave us Tempur pillows to use and encouraged us to take plenty of time to try each mattress alternately until we felt we were sure which one we preferred. We found both comfortable but decided on the Therapur Acti Gel Plus Allure 3000K and decided to order one. Tommy completed the order while we enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee. We were delighted to be told that the order would be delivered next Tuesday and ordered two Tempur pillows like those we had tried in store. We paid in full for the whole order and were pleased to be told that if, during the first 40 days, we decided that the mattress wasn't what we wanted, we could have it replaced by another of our choice and that our old mattress could be taken away for disposal to save us the trouble. Thank you Tommy and Dreams and we will certainly recommend you to family and friends.

Nick was very knowledgeable about the products. I thought it was going to be a mine field but he soon had me at ease and had me focused.

Tommy, the sales man initially touched base with us and, as requested gave us time to browse. He then returned when we required further support and information. He was not in anyway persistent or overbearing in his actions. he was respectful and, with ease able to build a good rapport with myself and my husband. His product knowledge was excellent, we felt fully informed and given appropriate choices to aid our decision. We were also impressed with the technology available to assist with choosing the correct mattress. Finally, the delivery service, assembly and removal of our old bed makes buying from Dreams hassle free.

We went looking for a new bed, and was greeted by Stewart,. He was very helpful and had a good knowledge of products in store...He made us feel at ease, and was very pleasent, and he left us for a few moments to try various beds after getting us to try sleep easy bed.

Once aware of our needs assistant was able to advise on the various products available and paid attention to two very important issues we pointed out in relation to our purchases. Good variety of products allowing as to make an educated choice.
