We visited the store today with the idea of getting a new bed. It was either a child’s bed or small double I had in mind. Scott approached and asked if needed any assistance. I would usually say no as this was the first shop we had looked in but came here first as we have bought previous beds from here. I told Scott what I was looking for and he was very helpful with pointing out which beds were available in small doubles. There were two I liked but the way the underbed storage opened was a disision maker. He let me try matresses to which I picked one I liked best. Scott marked all my choices down in a brochure. We were wished a good afternoon as we went off to have a look in another few shops. We were back in the shop within half an hour and bought the bed, mattress. Insurance and pillows and duvet. The transaction was very smooth. We desided to just pay for the items outright although the payment options were very tempting. The delivery date was also satisfactory. I am overall very satisfied with the service I received this afternoon and would definitely return in the future.

James Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. He even assisted me in taking the mattress to my car.

As my first visit to dreams in the Dundee store, we were warmly welcomed by Stewart, he explained the lay of the store and gave us the time and space we needed. He was always available when we needed his assistance, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and professional. The whole experience all in all was phenomenal and he made us feel at ease. We will definitely recommend and be back in the future. What a great employee Stewart is to Dreams. He definitely deserves more recognition!
