Sandie in the Dundee store explained the product well and gave us time and space to decide. She was very professional and knowledgeable

Stewart was very helpful from the start wasn’t pestering us for a sale let us browse without breathing down our neck and was also very helpful and helping us pick the right mattress

I am a permanent wheelchair user & required additional information & assistance before I choose my bed. When I entered the store I was overwhelmed by the choice. I was approached by Russel (the salesperson) who listened to my requirements & he narrowed my choice to 5 or 6 beds. Phew !. I was asked I I wanted to test the bed & was offered a pillow. I tried all the beds he suggested some where too firm others too soft until the Goldilocks moment> Ah this ones just right. I was offered tea & coffee while we discussed additional items pillows, guarantee etc.

Tommy was a great help and very knowledgeable on your products. Tommy remembered us from a previous visit to the store which made us feel comfortable and welcome to the store. Customer service from the second we walked into the store until the second we left was top notch, we will gladly return to the store in the future.
