My experience in store was so much better than a recent experience in a rival store. Stewart the assistant was very helpful, lots of advice, gave me a pillow to try the mattresses and was on hand for any queries

Member of staff approached us quickly to offer help. Asked what we were looking for and explained the colour coded system to help us make our choice. provided his name and left us to browse to allow us space but also was available to answer any questions.

the staff were friendly and professional , not pushy, gave plenty of time to consider all possible options, giving us confidence we had made the right choice of bed

my dad is disabled and was worried about goin in to shop both people in shop was fantastic and made is really pleasant for my dad and managed to get him exactly what he needed
