Kieran the sale assistant was very nice. I told him what I was looking for and a price that I was afford to spend and he did great getting the best price. I even told him about the bed we had got for my 4 year old that is at her grandparents house and was looking for the same bed or something similar, the bed I was thinking on getting wasn't on the shop floor but he did tell me that it was still for sale which he showed me in the catalogue, I decided the other bed that was on the floor looked great and decided on that one.

From the moment we walked into the shop Tommy spotted us and assured that we were getting the best out of our investment by showing us all the types of mattresses, pillows, duvets and bed lining to find which one suits our needs. We were also giving hot beverages when we sat down to do paperwork

I first looked on line at the product I required, but was unable to visit your crown point store in Leeds, as the weather was terrible and my husband was poorly. Therefore I used the telephone and spoke to a wonderful man called Mick. He was ever so helpful, courteous and professional. He gave me advice on how to do the finance by email. And on how you collected our old mattress. I was at first very apprehensive about doing this over the phone, however Mick put me right at ease, and the whole deal was done in less than half an hour. My husband and I were delighted. He also told us about in store offers that were available at that time. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
